Roasted peppers and tomatoes salad

You need:
  • 12 big beautiful peppers
  • 2-3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • some fresh tomatoes
  • salt
Method:
Roast the peppers , without burn it. Put the roasted peppers in a pot, cover with a lid and let to rest 20 minutes. After that peel the roasted peppers slowly; be carefully do not break them. Put it in a salad bowl with salt, oil and vinegar. Decorate with sliced fresh tomatoes.
