Rainbow salad

You need:
  • 2 lettuce(romaine)
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 bunch radish
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz seedless olives
  • salt to taste
Method:
Break lettuce in pieces. Cut green onion in medium pieces and radish in slices. Make a sauce with oil, vinegar (or lemon juice) and salt. Mix all together into a bowl.Garnish with olives and slices of boiled eggs.
