Potatoes and peppers salad

You need:
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 2-3 peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 big tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • vinegar
  • salt
Method:
Boil the potatoes, peel them still hot and cut them in round thin slices. Cut onion in thin slices too and peppers in round thin slices.Put the oil and salt over warm sliced potatoes. When potatoes are completely cold add onion, peppers and vinegar. Decorate with sliced tomatoes and add more salt if need it.
