Peppers salad

You need:
  • 6 peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 6 tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 tbsp. oil
  • salt , pepper
Method:
Clean the peppers, cut it in 2 centimeters strips end put it on the plate. Clean the onion, cut it in fine pieces and put it on the peppers strips. Grind the garlic with salt and pepper, mix it with oil and vinegar and cast it over peppers and onion. Decorate with minced parsley.
