Tips about apple

  • do not peel the apple; the apple's peel have more vitamin C and more nourishing substances than entire fruit

  • peel and cut the apple just before you using it to avoid blackness
  • to preserve the color you can put the cut fruit in a juice made with one part lemon juice and three parts water
