Chicken salad with rice |
| You need: |
- 2 peppers
- 3 big tomatoes
- 3 oz seedless olives
- 4 oz rice
- 7 oz chicken meat
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- salt
- pepper

| Method: |
| Boil the rice and let it cool. Roast and peel the peppers and cut in strips. Cut the
tomatoes in round slices.Make a sauce with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Add the
olives and mix all together into a large bowl.
