Chicken salad with rice

You need:
  • 2 peppers
  • 3 big tomatoes
  • 3 oz seedless olives
  • 4 oz rice
  • 7 oz chicken meat
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
Method:
Boil the rice and let it cool. Roast and peel the peppers and cut in strips. Cut the tomatoes in round slices.Make a sauce with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Add the olives and mix all together into a large bowl.
