Chicken salad with mozzarela and pineapple

You need:
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 7 oz mozzarela
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
Method:
Boil the chicken breasts in salted water. Boil the eggs. Cut chicken breasts , eggs and mozzarela in small cubes.Mix into a large bowl. Add the pineapple, lemon juice,mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
